Q: Can you cut a stone to my desired requirement?
A: Yes. The Opal People provide a complete custom cutting service. We are happy to discuss any design ideas with you.
Q: Are your opals ethically sourced?
A: All of our Australian opal is 100% ethically sourced. We visit the mines in Australia and buy direct from the miners.
Q: I have broken the opal in my ring! Can you help?
A: Yes. We will usually ask you to send us the broken stone along with the ring and will then give you a quote for replacing the stone. You will then be given the option to have the pieces of your broken stone cut into several smaller stones if the pieces are big enough.
